Enterprise Security creates the greatest value when it can protect the business and work effectively with it.

My career has included IT security management, audit, risk management, governance, and business continuity. Across those roles, I became increasingly interested in a broader question: How should Enterprise Security organizations be designed to help the business make better decisions?

Today, my work focuses on Enterprise Security Business Enablement. I design operating models, engagement frameworks, communication practices, and feedback systems that help security teams become more consistent, accessible, and effective business partners.

This has included redesigning business-partner programs, developing models of how security engages across an organization, creating repeatable advisory practices, and helping translate complex security concerns into practical business conversations.

My approach combines systems thinking, strategic framing, organizational design, and practical execution. I am particularly interested in:

• How Enterprise Security should organize around the business it supports

• What creates trusted and productive security advisory relationships

• How operating models, communication, and feedback systems influence security outcomes

I do my best work when a problem is complex, the structure is unclear, and a useful model does not yet exist. I enjoy finding the underlying patterns, making them visible, and turning them into frameworks that people can apply.
